Do you have toilets in the boats and buses?
Yes, we have toilets on all of our sightseeing boats but not the buses.
Do you have an outdoor deck?
Yes, we have outdoor deck on all boats so you can enjoy the sun. All buses are equipped with a retractable roof.
Can I bring my dog on the bus and boat?
Smaller and medium sized dogs are welcome on both buses and boats.
If we have allergic people on board passengers with dogs may be asked to be seated in a specific area of the bus/boat or asked to join another tour.
Where can we buy tickets?
Online is the easiest way to buy tickets. We also sell them at our stations which are located at Slussen, The Royal Palace, Nybroviken. Look for red beachflags and umbrellas, that’s ours. You can buy directly from our sales team around the city. They are wearing red clothes branded Red Sightseeing/Red Buses. You can also buy tickets when you arrive on the boat or at the tourist information.
Do you accept cash payments onboard?
We only accept Credit Card payments on-board the buses and the boats
Do you have a guide onboard?
Instead of a live guide we offer an audioguide and commentaries in 14 languages (Swedish, English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Hebrew, Finnish, Russian and Hindi).
Can I travel with any Hop-On Hop-Off bus and boat?
No, you can only travel with our boats and buses. Our boats are red and have “Red Sightseeing” written on the roof sign and hull. The buses are also red and called “Red Buses”.
Do you stop at the Cruise Terminal?
Yes, we always meet the cruise ship upon arrival in the morning and all buses operate the port as part of the regular route all day as long as a cruise ship is docked.
My cruise calls earlier than 10 am, will you have easier departures?
Yes, we will start our operation up on the arrival of the cruise ship.
Are the buses and boats wheelchair accessible?
All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with a ramp. Boats are not wheelchair accessible but it is possible to bring a foldable wheelchair providing the person can board the boat assisted.
What is your children policy?
Children up to 12 years travel for free when accompanied by paying adult.
Maximum 2 children under 12 travel for free with an adult
Is it possible to rent a bus or boat for a private event?
It is possible to rent a bus or boat. Please contact our sales team at email@example.com for more details.
Can I get on the bus or boat at any stop?
Yes, you are able to get on the bus or boat at any of our stops, simply choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Can I bring my luggage on the bus and boat?
Yes you can bring your luggage on the bus and boat within reasonable limits.
What is the duration of the tour?
The full bus tour takes approximately 1h and 45 min and the full boat tour takes approx. 60 minutes. The Royal Bridges and Canal Tours is approx. 75 min.
What do you mean with 24 hour ticket?
The 24-hour tickets are actually valid for two full operating days, meaning that if you purchase your ticket on for example the 23/7 it’s valid until the end of day on the 24/7.
I can’t choose a date when booking my ticket online, how long is the ticket valid for?
All tickets purchased online are valid for one year from the day of purchase.
