Tickets

You can buy the tickets right here on our website, directly on the City Sightseeing buses or with their street sellers.

Tickets are valid for 24 hours or 48 hours, depending on the option you selected. The validity will start the first time you get on board and the ticket will be valid until 24 or 48 hours later.

You may redeem your online tickets at any of the stops inside the buses. You do not need to print the tickets. If for example you purchased a 24 hours ticket and start using it today at 14.00, it will be valid until tomorrow at the same time (14.00). Please keep in mind, that the buses are not running during the night.

No, it doesn’t. However, City Sightseeing Berlin does offer discounted tickets for attractions like Berlin Icebar, Sealife, Legoland, Berlin Dungeon and Madame Tussauds. Restaurants, theatres and museums are amongst their partners. Please know that as a guest of RED Sightseeing / City Sightseeing Berlin, you enjoy exclusive benefits. A selection of their current partners can be found in their brochure. Simply present your ticket to one of our partners and start saving!

Once the tickets are purchased cancellation/refund is not possible any more.

Route

You can hop on and off at any of the scheduled stops along the bus route. Please see product pages for all departure locations.

You can find the stops on both the product page and in the app!

Due to local regulations it is not allowed to put signs at bus stops. However, the City Sightseeing brochure has a map with all the stops and you can also find them in our free app.

Look out for the City Sightseeing name placed on all the bright red buses. Due to a cooperation with Top Tour Sightseeing, you can enter all red Hop On Hop Off buses in Berlin.

You can see the most recent information as well as the first and last departure time for each stop by downloading our app. When clicking on a stop you will see detailed information about the departure times.

On board

Yes, you will receive free earphones which you can plug into the GPS audio guide and choose between 13 different languages (languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabian, Hebrew, Russian, Polish, Chinese, Japanese). You can reuse the earbuds when you hop-on the bus again.

No, there is no Wi-Fi on board the City Sightseeing Berlin buses.

Yes, that is possible. We strongly recommend to purchase your tickets before your visit in order to ensure availability and save money. Please see our tours page for our available combination products.

The buses run frequently to accommodate all the guests. However, on busy days there will not be another bus at the same time. If they are full, you may have to wait for the next one.

The buses have an easy access for disabled people and/or passengers with reduced mobility. All the buses provide a ramp and one space for a wheel chair.

It is best to leave them behind when possible. But if you want or need to bring them on board the bus, it is possible to do so as long as the stroller can be folded and there is enough space on board.
